Week Ending May 5th, 2014

Hello Everyone!!!! Thank you so much for the Birthday wishes and love! It was a great week! This week was a really good week. Of course my birthday was on thursday and my comp and i had cake in a park. It was close to 80 degrees that day! whew. we had Zone conference this week and it was Wonderful! We learned a lot about helping our inv. love us and follow Christ out of love to him. We really worked hard to try and help our investigators know the love we have for them just as the Lord loves them. It really made a difference to them to have us actually say "We care about you and we want you to be happy" We are also getting better at testifying which feels so good. Even when people close the door and say they are not interested we really don't have room to be too upset when we know that we did our job and raised the warning voice. We especially worked on making sure we give everyone the opportunity to learn more about their savior Jesus Christ. We worked with our Muslim investigator a lot this week. He reads all of the ch. and pam. we give him but he isn't coming to church. That is how all of our inv. are. we are trying to help them see the need of a savior (Everyone we are teaching is Muslim or hindu so they don't really believe much in Jesus Christ. ) and a need to follow his commandments. We are really hoping that that will sink in this week and inv. come to church.
I have been studying the gospel of Jesus Christ a lot to make things simple and it is getting soooo much better. I am still struggling to help those who have no faith in Jesus Christ to realize the importance and need of a savior. I am hoping that as we testify out of love and they are obedient out of love to us our inv. will also develop an even greater love for the savior. Almost everyone here believes in God, but they believe that God is with each of us and that a savior would make the relationship with God farther apart. Not really sure how to help but trying new ways each week to help explain things more clearly. Hope you had and will all have a wonderful week!
Scripture of the week:
Alma 26:22! This is an awesome scripture you should all read!
PMG challenge... still waiting to hear insights from CH. 5... anyone?
